200 "Ishikawadai" 15oz Selvedge Denim - Wide Straight Fit

- Crafted in Okayama, ONI's Ishikawadai denim features yarn spun on the vintage "Ishikawadai" Japanese ring-spinning machine, the oldest of its kind, dating back to 1953. Compared to modern machines, the Ishikawadai spins at a much slower speed resulting in a low stress cotton fiber giving the fabric a natural, hand-spun appearance with subtle variations. Utilizing ONI's signature secret dye the fabric sports a greencast indigo accentuated with contrast stitching for an all around vintage look and feel. The jeans are cut in the Wide Straight fit, characterized by a roomy top block typical of straight-leg styles, and a wide leg with minimal taper from knee to hem.
- 15oz unsanforized low tension Ishikawadai selvedge denim fabric, rinsed to remove shrinkage
