- After years of testing dyes and fabrics Tanukis proud to finally present their Kakishibu denim. Most Kakishibu dyes result in a muted tan, but Tanuki has produced a vibrant color reminiscent of the fruit's skin. Used as the weft of this slub weave denim, the orange color pops through the surface to create a truly unique fabric. Finished with custom branded hardware, leather patch, and signature contrast blue stitching.
- 14.5oz unsanforized slub selvedge denim
- One wash treatment to remove shrinkage
- Tanuki's regular straight fit is a middle straight, with ample room in the top block and a slight taper through the legs for a relaxed silhouette
- "Ni" (二) logo stitching at back pocket - the Japanese character for the number two and a symbol representing tradition and change
- Custom engraved buttons and hardware
- Back pocket rivets
- Woven tag in waistband
